Term	Definition
Adaptive	The ability to minimise friction between an organism or organisation and the environment in which it exists.
Fairness	The quality of treating people equally and without discrimination.
Intelligent	The ability to survive by continuously sensing what is happening in the environment, using that data to decide what to do and to then act based on that decision.
Leader	An individual tasked with making the most important decisions in respect of the organisation's wellbeing.
Leadership	The mechanism be which organisations make decisions.
Organisation	A system that was created with one or more specific goals in mind. Traditionally organisations were created and operated by people.
