Position papers
Here you will find the ILH’s position on a number of issues pertinent to an increasingly uncertain world. Some of these are systemic and some are symptomatic. Some are problem oriented and some are solution oriented.

Some topics are fashionable, whilst others are less explored in public discourse. Like you, we are in search of the answers and so are driven by a spirit of enquiry.
These papers are to generate discussion and further enquiry. They will be refined, overhauled or removed as the emerging evidence dictates.
